Research On The Loan Crisis Adminiation Of China Bank Tangshan Branch

The customer group is the main customers of the Bank of China Tangshan branch.the total loan amount of the customer groups’ has occupied more than half of the bankloans. Strengthening the management of granting credit to customer groups and guardingagainst credit risk have become the most important content in the management for theBank of China Tangshan branch. In this paper, based on the related theories of the groupcustomer credit risk, combined with the actual situation of Tangshan branch of the bankrisk management, three aspects of management mode, operation process, evaluationmethod for group customers are described. Constructs the group customer credit riskevaluation index hierarchical system. Finally the paper puts the group customer credit riskevaluation index system of the Bank of China Tangshan branch into practical application.First of all, the paper investigates the group customer category, characteristics indetail, then defines the concept of credit risk of group customers in this paper, and thenconducted the system research to the group customer credit risk management.Secondly, the paper summarizes the actual group customer credit risk management ofthe Bank of China Tangshan branch and analyzed the deficiency and its causes whichexisted in the concrete work of risk management.Once again, the paper puts forward to strengthen measures to improve riskmanagement. The measures is that based on the analytic hierarchy process, the paperconstruct the index system of credit risk evaluation means, and defines and explains thegroup customer credit risk evaluation index system of the evaluation methods.Finally, from the point of view of quantitative analysis, using the group customercredit risk evaluation index system, the paper evaluates the K group of the Tangshanbranch of the bank credit projects, and according to the comprehensive evaluation result,the paper makes decision of the actual loan application.
