Research On Expanding The Chongqing Rural Medium Incomers Proportion Under The Background Of Coordination Of Urban And Rural Development

It is of great significance for national politics,economy and society. And it is very difficult and hard. It has a lot to do with variousaspects of society. In summary, The purpose of CURD is to change the past city andcountry dualistic system, and to build a city support rural development road. Their startand end-result is to lighten the people’s life level and quality. Let people get affordable,make the broad masses of farmers enjoy the achievement of reform and development.Along with China’s rapid economic development and social stability，people’sliving standards have greatly improved. In recent years, with the further developmentof reform and opening up, the social structures have changed. Income distribution can’tmeet the demands of society. The income gap between urban and rural residents hasgot dramatically larger. Now in China the social contradictions are prominent in thesocial transformation period. Based on these conditions, work hard to construct anolive shape social structure. Middle-income earner in the rural area is an important partof the middle-income earners. To realize the transformation of farmers become the keyto training the middle-income earners. Rural middle-income earners play an importantrole for maintaining social stability. CURD gives a good platform for middle-incomeearners in the countryside and plays an important role in expanding ruralmiddle-income earners.Chongqing is the pilot area and pioneer in terms of development of urban andrural. The theory and practice experience for our country to expand rural proportion ofmiddle-income earners has strong reference significance. This paper tries to throughthe research of Chongqing rural middle-income earners to summarizing connotationand characteristics of middle-income earners in the countryside and find out theexisting obstacles.
