With the rapid development of the Internet and computer technology, e-commercegot great development in China, the scale is constantly expanding, online shopping hasa bright prospect. Meanwhile, the number of online shopping customer is continuouslyenlarging, which has increased the volume of freight traffic and provided a good chancefor logistics industry development, which has made the logistics industry changegradually from a value added service to be one of the pillar industry of China’s nationaleconomy.There are existing problems under the online shopping circumstance such as lowservice level; low distribution efficiency, low competitiveness, but customers haveshown the features of personalization and variation. So it is the inevitable trend forlogistics distribution enterprises to integrate and fuse together in the fast developmentenvironment. Logistics distribution alliance as a new operating mode can not only letthe ability of the complementary between partners to enhance the core competitivenessof the alliance but also provide personalized and multiple service to customers. With thedeepening of logistic theory and practice there is crucial significance to build a logisticsdistribution alliance model to guide the existing logistics alliances.The paper first profoundly analyzes the online customer logistics servicerequirements,and build index system of customer logistics service requirements anddetermine the weight;Secondly,according to the study of existing logistics serviceability,this paper build a logistics service provider service ability index system anddetermine the weight. Then this article matches the logistics service requirement indexand service ability index by building the improved QFD model. Following that thepaper realizes the dual goals of max satisfaction degree of the alliance service and thelargest benefit to make the profit of the alliance maximize by constructing the logisticsdistribution partner selection and task allocation model. Finally this paper analyzes thescientificity and effectiveness of the model combined with the arithmetic example.The analysis of the example shows that the logistics distribution alliance partnerselection model based on the needs of online shopping customers is practical andeffective, which has provided great support and gist for the logistics distribution partnerselection.
