Study On Of ERP Selection Model Based On QFD

Informationization is an important feature and obvious symbol which indicated that companies in Knowledge Economy are well operated.Nowadays,more and more companies are looking for the improvement of NEW Enterprise Informationization,especially the need of ERP which is its main content become stronger.But,it is sad to find the number of companies who implemented ERP successfully is only a litter.Account to its reasons,we found out four main points,including the indifference of manager,the over-acceptance of provider,the out control of professional service cost and the bug of program.In fact the core one is the inappropriate selection of ERP which will be discussed in detail in this paper.For the selection of ERP in company,there are some usual problems,such as the shortage in demand analysis of their own, the lacking understanding of ERP and its own products and the improper methods of selection.This article is divided into four chapters,one of the first chapter for the preface,on the research background,purpose and meaning;chapter on the theory of enterprise ERP and QFD are reviewed,the theoretical basis is provided below the direction and guidance;ChapterⅢConstruction of QFD-based ERP selection model;Finally the ERP selection projects in a company case is studied.
