This research based on the human resources management which focus on the study on therelationship between the staff turnover and organizational performance, with the aim ofintroducing a simple mathematical formula which can be used by any organization regardless thesize of the organization to predict their future performance depending on the given conditions.This mathematical relationship between staff turnover and organizational performance developedfrom the inverse law and can help the organization to overcome the consequences of the staffturnover as well as in making right strategic decisions.Also the research tried to describe how organizations relate staff turnover and organizationalperformance and how they use this relationship of these two variables in decision making andfind the effectiveness of the decisions made from the relationship mentioned above.More research can be done on this area to overcome the short comes of this model and dig moredeeply to come up with the most effect results. |
