With the rapid development of Internet and e-commerce,the development approach of department store industry,which is mainly supported by the sales performance of employees,is facing unprecedented challenges.Department store industry has the characteristics of employees high demand and labor intensive,basic wage is done through the employees,but employees age level of department store industry,cultural level is low,short-term sex is stronger,in the present to sales staff performance for the profit of management mode,the effective and scientific human resources management is vital for the development of department store,so the research department enterprise staffs loss problem and countermeasure,to reduce business operating costs,improve the efficiency of enterprise management,promote enterprise long-term development has the vital significance.D department store is a department store formally established in 1995.Over the years,D department store has been improving its business model,making outstanding contributions to improving the living quality of people in P city and promoting the construction of local commerce and trade.D department store enjoys a high reputation among the people and has achieved good economic and social benefits.In recent years,with the development of e-commerce and competition from similar department stores,the staff turnover rate of D department store group increases year by year.In this paper,the D department staffs loss question for intensive mining and analysis,using the questionnaire method,comprehensive induction,methods such as literature method,interview method,D department salary welfare system,culture and party building,employee training and promotion mechanism and other aspects as the breakthrough point,the main reason for the high turnover rate analysis company personnel.Along with the development of the group,the internal gradually exposed some problems such as lack of core competitiveness,lack of innovation,personnel loss serious problems,such as,including personnel erosion are the important factors which restrict the development of the group,a large number of brain drain in reveal company secrets,resulting in the loss of customers at the same time,also make the enterprise have wasted resources,increased operating costs.In recent years,the external environment of the department store industry has changed,the number of department stores in the department store industry has increased rapidly,leadingdepartment stores in P city are expanding,leading to the overall decline in the sales of a single store,and consumers’ lower and lower brand loyalty.These are the challenges that D department store is facing at present.In the environment of depressed external market,only by solving the problems in the internal development of the group and promoting the development and improvement of the group itself,can the group remain invincible in the fierce competition.In view of the above problems in D department store,this paper draws solutions from the recruitment and employment links respectively: attaching importance to the matching of staff and posts,improving the salary and welfare of employees,improving the working conditions of employees,reshaping the construction of corporate culture,and improving the legal constraints.Improve the personnel system and management system,effectively improve the enterprise staff turnover more serious problems,enhance the cohesion of the team and centripetal force,build a more positive and harmonious working atmosphere,so that employees have a sense of belonging to the enterprise,work efficiency and effect has been improved.Finally,D department store changed its image in the minds of suppliers and customers,gained more loyal customers,established relatively stable cooperative relations with manufacturers,realized the benign and healthy development of the group,and was able to gain a solid position in the fierce market competition.
