The Study On The Operation Mechanism About Ecological Animal Husbandry Specialized Cooperatives In Yushu

Yushu is the source of rivers, mountains of cases, in the long-termdevelopment of Yushu, there is a contradiction making us confused. On theone hand, Yushu is rich in natural resources but poor in the protection ofecology, Yushu is a really vulnerable protection zone. On the other hand, theeconomic and social development is relatively backward, we should acceleratethe rate of economic growth. The contradiction between economic and socialdevelopment and ecological protection is very prominent in Yushu. Since2008Yushu have successfully founded200Ecological Animal HusbandrySpecialized Cooperatives and explored Joint-stock system, Farmer’s unionsystem, Major leader leading system, Replacer leader leading system. Thedevelopment of ecological animal plays an important in the improvement ofthe ecological environment in Sanjiang source area, animal husbandry’sefficiency and the continually increasement of the farmer’s income. Therefore,this thesis choose Cooperatives for further research.Through the investigation and study, this thesis analyzes the husbandrycooperative development situation in Yushu, concludes that Farmer’s unionsystem,Joint-stock system is better than Major leader leading system andReplacer leader leading system. But the operation mechanism aboutEcological Animal Husbandry Specialized Cooperatives in Yushu is the resultof conformity of production relation to the state of productive force and thebest choice under present economic and social situations, they are not alwaysunalterable but do evolve when the external environment and internalconditions change, go to maturity finally. This article attempt to analyze theproblems in the development of Ecological Animal Husbandry Cooperatives,make root cause analysis, then give some suggestions of the common way andspecial way, policy advice to promote the development of the Cooperatives.
