As the progress of society, the increasing of our nation and the construction oftransport facilities, transport system has improved step by step. Transportation system isplaying an important role in the social development. The research of road transportefficiency will provide theoretical basis for the development of transportation system. The thesis build a single lane model about mixed traffic flow based on the basic trafficmodel, the maximum traffic flow of the single lane is given, define the relationship betweenthe maximum traffic density and free traffic speed. Analyze the relationship between theproportion of motorcycle type and traffic density in mixed flow. so dose the relationshipbetween the speed of every motorcycle type and the speed of mixed flow, the relationshipbetween the proportion of every motorcycle type and the speed of mixed flow. And then,The influence coefficient of the speed of every motorcycle type in the mixed flow is defined, and how to calculate the speed of every motorcycle type.Based on the single lane model about mixed traffic flow, double lane model is boiled, the relationship between the proportion of every lane and the proportion of the whole roadis given, so does the relationship between the speed of very lane and the speed of the wholeroad. Then, the theses advance a theory about the maximum traffic flow and prove it. At thelast, combined realization, the thesis resolve that how to calculate the parameters of everymotorcycle type and the traffic flow, based on the survey data. The thesis prove every theory above by emulating with VISSM. Then, fuelconsumption of every motorcycle type and value of the time are measured, transformed intoeconomic value. The model of road transport efficiency is boiled based on the traffic modelabove.
