Analysis Of Compensation Standard For Land Expropriation In The Process Of Urbanization

With the advance of Chinese urbanization process, a mass of the rural collective land wasbeing levied or requisitioned in the name of public benefit, which caused a great deal ofland-lost farmers. The compensation for land requisition is a major way to arrange for theland-lost farmers which is related to the change of their living standard and social insurance afterlosing land, in addition, the amount of compensation for land requisition is seemed lower invarious places around China, hindering production data： population, reasonable flowing to thetown, which affects the process of Urbanization,so measuring the compensation standard of landrequisition reasonably began to become a focus issue played close attention by government andexperts. This article had set up theory and model system about measuring the compensationstandard of land requisition from the perspective of economics, and analyzed current basicstructure of the compensation standard of land requisition and its defects under the guidance ofIncomplete property rights theory and land rent-price theory, in addition to with the help of theinformation and data from practical case. According to above work, this article had set aattempt to build the compensation standard model of land requisition suiting for the present ruralland property rights, which the standard can ensure land-lost farmers’ living standard and socialinsurance not to lower, and help them work again via turning to Non-agricultural industries andIntegrate into urban society with sustainable development.The innovation of this paper lies in： the new perspective, namely the incomplete propertyrights theory and the theory of land rent and land price based on the perspective of the city in theprocess, analysis of land expropriation compensation standard problem.
