Research On Measures And Tactics To The Balanced Doubling Income Of Households In China

Since the reform and opening of China, income gap of households in our countrybecomes wider than before, far more than the international warning line of the Gene index. Ithas become very urgent to narrow the gap between the rich and the poor, and to solve theproblem of households’ income equilibrium growth. Balanced doubling growth of income isrelated to the healthy development of society and economy of a country, which has importanttheoretical significance and practical significance to themes on China’s stable and rapideconomic growth, urban and rural residents share the fruits of development and socialharmony and stability.The paper is based on the Marx’s theory of income distribution and its innovation anddevelopment. Then it analyzes references of the income gap between urban and rural residentsin China and defines the balanced doubling income of our households. Through collection ofa large number of data on the income gap, regional and industrial difference, and the internalgap among enterprises, the author draw the conclusions that the reason of imbalanced incomeof our population have important relationship with the natural environment, national policyfactors, economy factors, legal factors and employment and social welfare system etc.Although it would be difficult for the balanced doubling income of our household, aslong as the leaders try to take the following measures,such as: paying more attention to thepeople`s interest, uniting different peoples, conscientiously being in accordance witheconomic laws, guiding the market to the law, breaking the monopoly and original patterns ofinterests, achieving the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure, coordinating theimplementation of equitable economic policy, adjusting the relevant policies, improving therelevant system and legal construction, making full use of the natural environment to resolvesocial poverty, promoting fair employment and expanding social security, realizing the balanced doubling income of our household can be achieved.
