In2009, the strategic emerging industry is put forward in China, so it is a newindustry and it hasn’t develop mature, the problems of financing have become thesignificant problems. Accordingly, we can absorb the mature financing theory and theeffective way of financing from foreign enterprise, and combine our country’s currentfinancing paths to find the useful suggestions, to provide the important theory and thepractical significance for the sustainable development of strategic emerging industry.In this paper, standing in the perspective of strategic emerging industry enterprises,to explore its better financing path. At first, this paper analyzes the strategic emergingindustries, on the basis of the theory to comb summary within industry characteristicsand the necessity of corporate finance, then studies the strategic emerging industryenterprise financing current situation and difficulties, find out the problem in enterprisefinancing difficult problem. On the basis of above, the strategic emerging industryenterprises under different market conditions facing the financing strategy gameanalysis, established the game model of enterprise financing path. In the aspect ofinternal financing path, the article mainly discusses the four different under theinformation environment of enterprise internal financing decision, it is concluded thatthe optimal proportion of internal financing.
