In recent years, large-scale natural disaster is frequent in China, to the affected areas tocharitable donations are more and more common, especially those large enterprises (companies),have donated money and goods, loosen one’s purse strings generously donated, bear most of theresponsibility. Enterprise as a social citizen, must assume their social responsibility, promote thedevelopment of the whole society. At the same time, enterprises as an economic entity, the profit isthe ultimate goal. With the development of economy, the more intense competition, enterprisesneed continuous innovation, continuous development, form the unique enterprise competitiveness,can survive in the economic environment, and continue to develop energy or. At present, researchon charitable donations and corporate competitive advantage in China has a certain development,but on the internal relationship between the two is less and less.Corporate philanthropy development in our country is still in the initial stage of. Just a simpledonation, rising to a strategic height, set up special management companies rarely, compared withthe developed countries, the gap between the very far. This paper chooses Zhejiang privatecompany, conducts the questionnaire survey research. This paper starts from the related theories ofcharitable donations, think of this social phenomenon of enterprise charity donation should becarried out from four aspects: donation, donation, donation amount field goal and donations, andputs forward the four aspects and the acquisition (or increase) of the enterprise competitiveadvantage between hypothesis. The competitive advantage of enterprises according to the marketshare, to measure the rate of return on sales, capital profit rate and sales growth rate of fourindicators. Based on the above research, the careful analysis, this paper puts forward the conceptmodel of corporate strategic philanthropy: that is how to affect the enterprise competitiveadvantage. Based on the related data of120private companies to get through a questionnairesurvey of Zhejiang on the corporate strategic philanthropy, enterprise competitive advantage, in the premise of the preliminary statistical analysis to the data, through analysis and calculation ofstructural equation model, verify the proposed "corporate strategic philanthropy for enterprises toobtain (or promotion) there is a significant role" competitive advantage hypothesis, respectivelyfrom the following four aspects of charitable donation.Through theoretical analysis and empirical study above, the research results of this paper areas follows:1, corporate strategic philanthropy to obtain competitive advantage (or maintain) hasobvious effect in different aspects;2, charitable donations to get (or keep) the size of enterprisecompetitive advantage are different.This paper adopts the method of literature review, questionnaire survey, data summary,empirical research. In the study of "literature review" part of the literature review and datageneralization; in the course of the study, thinking is more and more clear, more and more open,the research topic more and more thorough understanding. On "hypothesis and modelconstruction" part of the research is mainly based on inductive data and survey; in the course of thestudy, the topic of this paper is more and more outstanding. The "empirical analysis" part of theresearch is mainly based on questionnaire survey, empirical analysis, through the analysis of theconclusion of the paper.
