Due to the rapid development of B2B E-commerce, the competitions among enterprisesbecome extremely fierce. Sellers’ market changes into buyers’ market, resulting in supply farbeyond supply. In addition, labor cost increases rapidly. Thus, enterprises have smaller and smallerprofit space and face fiercer status. In order to walk away from the depressed status, adapt tochanging market environment, and increase market competitiveness of enterprises, enterprisesmust enhance logistics system construction, reasonably promote distribution ability, and improvecustomer service level. Distribution is the last link to complete the whole transaction and importantlink to connect trading parties. Distribution service and cost has direct influence on logistics andcommodities transaction. Meanwhile, distribution service and cost also influences customersatisfaction and influences enterprise profit and market image. Therefore, the path optimizationproblem of logistics distribution directly influences the logistics cost of enterprises, and determineswhether the enterprises have competitiveness in the market. Since the accessories have featuresincluding small size, easy abrasion and difficult transportation, the logistics distribution costaccounts for a great ratio in total commodity cost, which directly influences the accessory sales andmarket competitiveness of enterprises. Thus, logistics distribution cost becomes a direction for costreform in accessory enterprises. Based on the research object of logistics distribution problem inNeoglory Jewelry, the paper aims to reduce the logistics cost and create greater profit byoptimizing distribution path.Firstly, the research background, research meaning, difficulties, and emphases of the paper areanalyzed and introduced. Secondly, theoretical analysis is made on B2B E-commerce and logisticsdistribution. Based on this, Path problom model of vehicle path is proposed. In addition, the taboosearch algorithm of Path problom mode is analyzed. In the end, by combining the theories with realexamples, the logistics distribution model for the logistics distribution path of Neoglory Jewelry isset up. In addition, the algorithms are used to solve the optimization of distribution path. In thisway, the distribution path of vehicles is optimized, which saves the logistics distribution cost andincreases commodity profit.
