Ceramic enterprises of production is typical of many varieties of small batch productionforms, corporate annual production of high-grade daily-use ceramics over10,000items, ofwhich there are thousands of varieties of porcelain, flower thousands. Product varieties aredivided into high-end home polychrome porcelain, general household use porcelain, hotelporcelain, art pottery, porcelain, and other high-end liquor series, as many as tens ofthousands of varieties. The country has a number of branches and sales channels, product-typeeither, flower number, flower type, series and other select products for dealers and customersdemand, market demand greatly exceeded its own production capacity. Ceramic enterprisesupply chain system is a very important business operations of a ring. Planning, canaccurately predict the rapid response distribution system needs to have a strong back-endsupply chain system in order to achieve timely, efficient and accurate production and supplyand shipping. This is the production department, purchasing department and logistics centeroperating challenges. Faced with such a challenge, from the ceramic enterprise businessrequirements analysis, to solve this problem lies in starting from the overall cross-sectorialcooperation, that is, supply chain collaboration, relying on artificial ceramic enterprisemanagement has been unable to meet the rapid development of enterprise decided to adopt themature and advanced management mode and scientific management methods to improve thecompetitiveness of ceramic enterprises, radical change in the past ceramic enterprisemanagement ideas and concepts.This topic-based ERP management ideology based on business industry characteristics ofceramic enterprises, deeply analysis throughout the ERP implementation process. the initialrequirement analysis, solution select, conforming to the ceramic business process integrationof manufacturing, supply chain, sales, research and development of ceramic enterprises ownbrand characteristics, the overall ERP system processes and infrastructure data management,and project during unit testing, conference room testing, secondary development aspects indetail. To the "high-end daily ceramics enterprise" as an example, put forward ceramicenterprise ERP information management practice in the enterprise, in order to further theintegration of enterprise information management, and custom-designed according to theenterprise in accordance with the secondary development requirement as the goal, providingan integrated solution reference.
