In recent years, corporate social responsibility is gradual of great significance forcorporate management, with the trend of global economic integration. According torelevant statistics, there are nearly90percent of medium-sized enterprises which arewilling to understand the concept of Corporate Social Responsibility, with43.6%ofthe Chinese top100enterprises having released annual Corporate Social ResponsibilityReport, as well as63.8%of the companies having disclosed the concept of CorporateSocial Responsibility-related content. This phenomenon, to some extent, explains thatthe concern of corporate social responsibility is rising. The initiative of Generalcontracting to social responsibility which cannot be ignored in construction industry, isworthy of our attention.At present, the academic research objects on corporate social responsibilitymostly focus on the general enterprises, while it rarely concentrates on the specificenterprises; their analysis results are mostly concentrated in the strategic level, but it isdifficult to guide adequate theory of social practice. From a research point of view, thissituation is not good to the further excavation of corporate social responsibility. From apractical point of view, lack of oversight bodies’ practical basis, it is not good to thepromotion of corporate social responsibility, too. Therefore, this paper study thespecific behavior of corporate social responsibility based on the general contractingbusiness, and it aims to indicate the direction for the public, as well as to providespecific judge criteria for the enterprises.Based on the literature review of corporate social responsibility, and the analysisof the corporate social responsibility report, this paper identifies the stakeholders andthe specific social responsibilities of the contract enterprises, and then forms a set ofindicators based on stakeholders, based on which, with the usage of game model,choice process of general contractor enterprises among interest related subjects issimulated when they are fulfilling social responsibilities. At last, through the analysisof social responsibilities reports from current general contractor enterprises, weconclude corresponded specific Corporate Social Responsibility behavior fulfillmentrange, to complete the game model.The set of indicators could supply a specified direction for the general contractorto performance social responsibilities and the use of Game model could provide quantitative basis for general contractor to select the behavior of corporate social responsibility, which, to someextent, promoted the development of the theory of corporate social responsibility. However, thereare still many limitations in indicators improved, model building, data collection, etc., which needto be strengthened.
