Enterprise Manager attaches great importance to some problems: How tomotivate employee more intense? How to motivate employees to drive theirpotential?How to motivate employees strive to achieve the goal? So we must build a modewhich enable employees to achieve their value. In other words, if the enterprise isfilled with good, positive atmosphere, and make it a part of an enterprise culture, willgreatly stimulate employees’ potential.In Enterprise Management, the following problems exist:1. Managers notsatisfied with the work of the attitude and efficiency of staff;2.Employees are notsatisfied with the work of managers and their task;3. Enterprises not stable,harmonious relations, employee productivity is not high, in particular the freedom ofstaff, rich in creativity is not a good play. Analysis of the foregoing:the mostimportant reason is business advocates corporate culture, management idea, executedby the distribution system, incentives are reflected on the legitimate rights andinterests of improving the level of protection for the human rights of the staff enough,Meanwhile Enterprise ignored due to employees subject to their own thinkingand work out of shape this concern; Employees failed to turn their attention andfocus in the work of the moment, they did not understand the significance of theessence of life in the moment,There has no profound experience of current status, thework often not in the mood is one of the problems.We hope that, through theoretical analysis, draw conclusions, the summary andarguments raised by the above reasons, make targeted management concepts, andwith this management philosophy to guide management, improve enterprisemanagement, protection of the enterprise and the employees lived together inharmony to achieve sustainable development. current employee’s work in enterprisemanagement often not in the mood, not happiness study on the efficient working ofthe existence of such issues, and based on the idea of people-oriented management, combined with Microsoft’s humanistic management model, proposed the idea ofpeople-oriented management staff of self-realization model, with the theoreticalsupport and practical reality. Thesis put forward by the staff of self-realization model,was in the original humanistic management on the basis of the various problems thatexist, this is the right management concepts and the Theoretical Innovation ofmanagement idea of people. Meanwhile, employee self-realization model to solvethe current presence of some problems in enterprise management, improve thecorporate sector, achieving the sustainable development of enterprises in China havea certain significance.
