The chief purpose by this research is to describe the self-realization theory of Maslow, which clarifies a misunderstanding of the theory from people; it is integrated theory but not individualism. From Maslow's point of view, the main reason of Social conflict is that people have strong self consciousness and the social without a good cooperative system. Later, because the oriental culture has affected Maslow, especially the Buddhism, his theory of self-realization changes transpersonal psychology, little by little. This article falls into four parts.The first part introduces the birth background of his self-realization theory and theoretical basis. Self-actualization is a term that has been used in various psychology theories, often in slightly different ways. The term was originally introduced by the organismic theorist Kurt Goldstein for the motive to realize one's full potential.The second part deals with the self-realization theory of Maslow from motivation, value, creation, peak experiences and the way of self-realization. The purpose is to show that it is integrated theory but not individualism.The third part deals with the value of the self-realization theory of Maslow in solving the conflict between self-purpose and enterprise-purpose in enterprise management. Finally appraise the self-realization theory of Maslow.The fourth part deals with the overall evaluation of the self-realization theory of Maslow. It, firstly, expounds the relations between the self-realization theory and need gradation theory of Maslow, which manifests that people's self-realization need is based on the satisfaction of the basic need. And then it point clearly the direction of humanity liberation. At the end, it appraises the main contribution and limitation of self-realization theory of Maslow.
