In the face of electronic banking business competition has become increasinglyintense market environment, information technology, electronic banking products areincreasingly becoming the financial industry’s most competitive marketing tool basedona commercial bank financial products, innovation, and enhance the power and thesource of core competitiveness,commercial banks in addition to reducenon-performing assets, improve corporate governance, strengthening riskmanagement, enhance team quality, strengthen the operation management, marketingmanagement must also strengthen the innovation of electronic banking business,improve the serviceability and business competition ability,to meet customer serviceneeds become more diversified and fierce competition in the market challenges.Informatization construction of rural credit cooperatives and other traditional localfinancial institutions relative lag, electronic banking product innovation anddevelopment and the advanced banklags behind, in the electronic bank businessmodel, market positioning, marketing, development strategy, risk control,personnelmanagement,team building, research, and some field or blank.This article adopts the research method of case analysis, to thebusiness ofelectronic banking in ChongrenCounty Rural Credit Cooperativesas an example,actual situation of the development of the electronic banking business, the"settlement" personnel mechanism, marketing team management, product promotion,marketing strategy and operation risk control and other aspects of the analysis, linkingtheory with practice Chongren County, and the competition in the banking sector andthe rural credit cooperatives as products of SWOT were analyzed, from Mao Zedong’sthought idea,the innovation of marketing management pattern, proposed the followingcore improvement strategies: the first is to establish the settlementidea;two is theestablishment of long-term management mechanism settlement; three is theestablishment of customer relationship management system; four is to improve theperformance appraisal management system.
