The consumption of fossil fuels such as coal, carbon unsustainable andenvironment pollution problem more and more prominent, and smart gridtechnology is increasingly mature and create conditions for development oflow-carbon electricity. With a low carbon economy development mode and direction,with a low carbon life for the idea and behavior characteristics of the low carbon citybecome the inevitable choice of sustainable development, the energy conservationand emissions reduction as an important constraint condition accompany the wholeprocess of electric power production, transfer, use will become a new field.At present, aimed at saving energy power generation right trading modelsection main considering the quantity of coal, on a completed power trading contract,can clearly know the consumption quality of the unit coal, saved by the contract is interms of emissions have certain effect, but the reduction of specific size is unknown,so power generation right trading can’t quantitative research on the essence of theemission reduction effect.This article is subject to consider carbon emissions constraints, focusing onstudy of the power trading of the power market. First of all, analysis thedevelopment and basic principles of the power generation right trading, study ofvarious patterns of power generation right transaction, and compares theiradvantages and disadvantages; Secondly, from the viewpoint of optimizationproblem, analysis the application of simulated annealing algorithm, the paperintroduces the basic principle of simulated annealing algorithm and the Metropoliscriterion, do theory foreshadowing for subsequent example analysis; Then,considering of the carbon emissions constraints, the social benefit and the networkloss factors, set up the mathematical model of power generation right trading carbonemissions constraints, and analyze the model of the process; Finally, using simulatedannealing algorithm to solve the established model of power generation righttransaction, respectively for IEEE-14and IEEE-30node power system for example analysis in MATLAB software platform, on the established model can effectivelyguide the power generation companies to verify power generation right transaction,so as to reflect the quantitative effect of energy saving and emission reduction.
