With the development of economic globalization and technological advances, enterprises arefacing increasingly complex competitive environment. In this new economic environment,technological innovation has become an important business tool to gain competitive advantage.Organizational network development and the increasing complexity of the innovation process make itimpossible for a single enterprise to achieve innovation. Business Innovation not only dependent onthe enterprise internal resources, moreover need to enterprises get more valuable resources andinformation from the external environment, enterprise cooperation impacts on innovation has alreadybecome increasingly evident. Therefore, the phenomenon of the rise to a innovation network emerged.Among them, the network structure is an important strategic resources, which enables companies toget the key and valuable knowledge, resources or information. Network hub or center position canmeasure the network location degree. Network location represents the opportunities for acquiring newknowledge and new resources, on behalf of the organization ability to access external knowledgeresources. Organizational learning is an important way for the enterprise to remain competitiveness, toenhance their own ever-changing market environment adapt ability. Enterprises can acquire,assimilate, integrate the knowledge and resources by organizational learning. Raising the level ofknowledge sharing can lead to the promote of technological innovation and the technologicalinnovation performance. Thus, the organizational learning ability and innovation ability of enterprisesare closely related, and organizational learning capability actually affect innovation performance.Based on this, papers start with the relationship between network location and business innovation,research the relationship between network centrality and technology innovation performance, also,examine the influence of organizational learning ability.On the basis of combing Dissertation literature, drawing Nevis research perspectives onorganizational learning, using knowledge acquisition, knowledge sharing, knowledge utilizationability to measure organizational learning ability, built an conceptual model between organizationallearning capability and technological innovation performance. And the model is validated by246questionnaires in Jiangsu Province.The empirical results show that:(1) network centrality and technological innovation performanceare significantly positively correlated;(2) organizational learning plays the part of the intermediaryrole. Knowledge acquisition capability plays a larger intermediary role between the network centralityand technological performance.Finally, paper recommends that companies should give full play to the role of network centrality. For companies with high network centrality, transformation of knowledge resources from networkaccess into tacit knowledge and productivity can strengthen their core position. For companies withlow network centrality, undertaking outsourcing is a way to gradually establish a highly cooperativerelationship with network-centric enterprises, thus achieving the shared core enterprise resources.Another way is to enhance organizational learning capability. Building enterprise-sharing mechanismsto improve the level of sharing of knowledge and resources, to accelerate the flow of personalknowledge, and provide channels for individual knowledge transferring into organizationalknowledge.
