Now,with the increase in the number and size of medium-sized cities, increasingpeople’s dependence on car travel increased significantly, more and more new cars will gointo each household. However, the car has its lifetime, when the car reaches its useful life, itwill be recycled, so the more new cars are into the community, followed was the years ofscrapped cars will also be increased, for people life, health and the environment, the scrapcars has become increasingly serious impact. Combined with sustainable developmentstrategy of China’s proposed, conservation of resources and energy, improve recycling andreuse of waste products becomes imperative, so the scrap car recycling has been a greatemphasis on government and society.In this paper, scrap car recycling were systematically and profound researched. First, thepaper analyzed the recycling of scrapped automobiles, emphasized the importance of scrapcar recycling, compared home’s and abroad’s status of the scrap car recycling, and thenaiming at present situation and problems of our country, and presented on the basis of LCEDscrapped automobiles recycling evaluation system, and discusses the basic theory and conceptof LCED based on this method. In LCED theoretical and conceptual framework for therecycling of scrapped automobiles, respectively from the economic, environmental andtechnical aspects of the three recycling scrap cars evaluated by theoretical analysis andremoval logic model, using the best methods and disassembly sequence automatic algorithmderived scrap auto parts disassembly sequence and optimal recovery gains realized on thescrap car recycling economic evaluation; then, use ISO14000LCA respectively and fuzzyAHP methods were scrapped car recycling environmental impacts and technical evaluation.Finally, the paper uses JAVA developed LCED-based computer-aided software on thetheoretical basis of recycling scrap car system to provide the necessary help facing theeconomic problems environmental issues and technical issues when recycling and reusing thescrapped cars.
