Study On Warning System Of Defective Vehicle Recall Management

Defective vehicle recall management is key factor to improve enterprise’s corecompetitiveness and economic benefit. Scientific and reasonable warning system of defectivevehicle recall management and feasible recall plans in advance, could avoid unnecessarypersonal injury and property loss, so it is very urgent to study warning system of defectivevehicle recall.Based on theories of warning system of defective vehicle recall management domesticand abroad, factors of defective product recall management are analyzed. Combining thecharacteristics of recall management in China and principles of index system construction,basic warning system of defective vehicle recall management is established with4primaryindexes and22secondary indexes. Designing questionnaire and analyzing detailed surveydata by SPSS18.0software, the evaluation index are determined finally as4primary indexesand9secondary indexes,4primary indexes are safety factors, social factors, public awarenessand consumer-related variables, and9secondary indexes are material factors, harm degree ofproducts on consumers, sampling pass rate, structural factors, cautionary factors, consumer’ssatisfaction of product, existing industry standards, product repair rate and sale quantity. Withthe help of MATLAB software, using grey prediction ideal point method, grey correlationdegree and relative degree of the positive-negative ideal point of indexes are determined,warning status are judged and improvement suggestions are put forward. Example shows thatestablished model could make enterprise decide whether to recall in advance and alleviate oreven avoid huge losses to enterprise, and perfect the defective vehicle recall management,improve enterprise’s competitiveness and economic benefits at the same time.
