Agriculture plays an important role in the national economy and agricultural stability plays a significant role in ensuring farmers' income and the national economy.Therefore,as an important measure to ensure the stability of agricultural production,agricultural insurance has attracted much attention.Shandong is a large agricultural province in China.It strictly implements national regulations.Since the implementation of agricultural insurance in 2006,the scope and scale of trials have been continuously expanded.In recent years,insurance has gradually shifted towards the agricultural index.Agricultural index insurance mainly includes output index insurance,price index insurance,and meteorological index insurance.The article selects the regional yield index and meteorological index insurance.In yield index insurance,we take Yantai apples as the research object;in meteorological index insurance,we take Yantai Qixia apples as the research object.This paper is composed of six parts.The first chapter is the introduction.The second chapter is the current situation of apples in Yantai.In this chapter,we analyze the current output,planting area,and unit production of Yantai in the form of charts.The third chapter is the rate determination for the regional production index.Firstly,we selecte eight indicators of risk division and divide the twelve regions into low,medium and high risk areas by using a combination of factor analysis and cluster analysis.Secondly,the rate is determined for low,medium and high risk areas.We use multiple methods for trend fitting.After that,the empirical rate method and the yield distribution model method are used to determine the net rate of the apple production area in Yantai City,Shandong Province.The fourth chapter is the rate determination for the meteorological index insurance.Taking Qixia City of Shandong Province as the research object,we use the gray correlation analysis method and correlation analysis method to determine the main meteorological factors and then we establish a model between the relative meteorological factors and the main factors.Finally,the index pricing method is used to carry out the net rate Calculation.Chapter five summarizes the main contents and conclusions of the research and puts forward suggestions for improvement.
