Study On The Optimization Of SNCC’s Logistics Management

New coal chemical industry is a new direction to the development of coal in China. Inrecent years, with the vigorous development of the coal chemical industry, coal chemicallogistics has played a decisive role in enterprises’ development. The level of logisticsmanagement directly affects the enterprise logistics cost, core competence and wholeeconomic benefits.The paper was taken SNCC, a coal chemical production company, as the object of study.In the paper, it was surveyed the current status of the logistics management and found theexisting problems in the real operation in SNCC’s logistics management. The problems wereas follows, scattered logistics management functions, no effective management mechanismfor the third party logistics companies, storage management, and lack of effective support tologistics information system. It was discussed and solved the above problems.The paper was first used the survey method to collect the important information and data,analyzed the present situation of logistics management and found the problems existed; thenadopted analytical hierarchy process to optimize the admittance and performancemanagement for the third party logistics; used the qualitative and quantitative method toanalyzed and estimated the storage demands of the solid and liquid products; taken the propermeasures to optimize the logistics information systems. All these would further promoteSNCC’s logistics management level, enhance the operation efficiency, reduce the logisticscost and advance the development of enterprises.
