The Research Of The Relationship Between Financial And Intellectual Capital And-with Enterprise Value

The concept of the enterprise since its appearance,there are growing scholarsstudy of enterprise value,So far there have been a lot of evaluation methods ofenterprise value.Enterprise value is the product of today’s social enterprisescommercialization,to show the value,enterprise value must like other commodities canbe traded in the market.Now the management goal of enterprise is the pursuit of valuemaximization rather than to the pursuit of profit maximization,operation andmanagement of the enterprise made from the profit oriented to the valueorientation.Correct evaluation of the enterprise value itself is the foundation ofmaintain market competitiveness.With the coming of knowledge economy era,theinfluence of intellectual capital is becoming more and more nots allow toignore,evaluation of enterprise value research gradually to develop in the direction ofthe comprehensive factors,gradually from the financial capital research to thefinancial and intellectual capital development comprehensive factor analysis.Biological chemical industry as the country’s emerging industry in recent yearshas been developing in exploration,The influence factors of the value of the enterprisealso has not yet been system research,in this paper, starting from to define the factorsthat affect enterprise value,enterprise value influence factors at home and abroad forreference,through the analysis of the system I select the representative17listedcompanies as the research object of biological chemical industry.Using SPSS16.0toconduct the multiple linear regression analysis respectively for the relaitionshipbetween corporate value and the14financial development index,and the eightintellectual capital index,regression results show that the enterprise value of samplesand enterprise profit ability、development capacity、human capital、structure capitaland relationship capital are positively related to the enterprise value.Debt paying ability and operation ability are a little effect to the enterprise value.Hope this articlecan provide some useful suggestions for the biological chemical industrydevelopment,to get a better development.
