Research On The Influence Of Intellectual Capital On Enterprise Value

With the rise of knowledge economy,labor-intensive economy began to fade,intellectual-intensive economy come to the stage,non-tangible assets that based on knowledge are playing a more and more important role in production and business activities.Intellectual capital become the core of long-term competitiveness of enterprises.In this paper,the relationship of intellectual capital and enterprise value is the core,this paper studies the index of intellectual capital which affects the value evaluation of software industry,and discusses the effective model of enterprise value evaluation,and provides new ideas for enterprise value evaluation.From the perspective of intellectual capital,this paper analyzed the theory of intellectual capital and enterprise value,the profit model,development characteristics and development trend of software industry,and analyzed the characteristics and present situation of intellectual capital in China's software industry.The most important,this paper analyzed the relationship between the detailed index of intellectual capital and the enterprise value.Through the analysis of this paper,it is found that the relation capital and structural capital represented by the institutional shareholding ratio,accounts receivable turnover rate,goodwill and fundraising benefit ratio are the most significant intellectual capital indicators which influence the enterprise value.In human capital and innovation Capital of the sub-indicators,only the atmosphere of innovation and the average reward value of employees showed more significant impact,other indicators are not statistically significant.Therefore,the conclusion of this paper is that the software industry enterprises should pay more attention to the goodwill and institutional cooperation,and pay attention to the improvement of the structural capital of the enterprises in order to enhance the overall value of the enterprises.The analysis of this paper adopted the multiple regression method and case analysis method.Through the empirical analysis of the whole enterprise of listed software industry in China,the quantitative effect of intellectual capital on the quantitative value of enterprise capital is obtained.Take Yilian Technology as an example,this paper obtained the effective model to valve the enterprise,provides the new method and the new idea for the enterprise value evaluation.
