The rapid development of knowledge has prompted people to keep learning, in orderto better adapt to social progress. So, how to create a good learning environment andlearn better also attracted many educators’ attention. Current research is mainly focusedon peer learning, collaborative learning, organizational learning and so on. The mainfocus of this paper is peer learning of peer review. This paper proposed two peer learningmethods based on the theoretical framework of peer learning, and conducted practicalapplication analysis.Firstly, we propose theoretical framework of peer learning as the basis ofconstructivis m learning theory, connectivis m learning theory and critical pedagogylearning theory, and we mainly focus on the ideal learning environment. Secondly, weexplain the learning activities of peer learning under peer review, and put forward twopeer learning methods, peer learning under the network enviro nment and peer learning ina team. The two methods is proposed step by step and their theoretical basis areconnectivism learning theory and critical pedagogy learning theory, constructivismlearning theory and critical pedagogy learning theory. And then we put forward the wayof creating environment for practice. Thirdly, this paper puts peer learning methods intopractice, takes the code review of software industry for example. We analyze the learner’sbehavior base on the questionnaires. Due to the practice, we believe that peer learning inpeer review play an important role in stimulating motivation, strengthening the senseresponsibility as well as improving learning outcomes. Lastly, we propose furtherimprovement for peer learning methods according to the applications and questionnaires.The peer learning methods under peer review can not only satisfy the demand ofthe explosion of information and knowledge, but also provide a favorable opportunity forall education and lifelong learning.
