E-learning develops rapidly along with the progress and popularization of Internet techniques. Current E-learning settings can only meet the basic requirements, but fall short of such standards as plenitude of resources, personalization and intellectuality of settings. As a result, the study of the adaptability of E-learning System has become a heated topic in E-learning studies. For E-learning in the entrepreneurial learning field is still at its explorative phase, new perspective and study mode need to be included. Following the traditional study of Internetional E-learning, this research investigates the process of entrepreneurial E-learning and the adaptability bwtween learning content and individual characteristics in learning process such as learning style and metacognition from the perspective of the application of E-learning in entrepreneurial education. This research explores the patterns of entrepreneurial E-learning, and supplements related theories of learning style and metacognition..The thesis summarizes related literatures and points out the progress and insufficiency of previous researches. An empirical study of distributed case learning is used to explore the case analysis process of learners after their experiential learning. Then learning characteristics of entrepreneurial education are extracted to form an abstract model of entrepreneurial education by employing the mulit-cue probability learning paradigm. With cases as the medium of learning task information, corresponding experiment tasks are developed and designed. By carrying out designed experiments, web-based learning of entrepreneurial education are studied and its antecedents are explored. The construct are tested by data from the experiment, employing content analysis, ANOVA for repetitive measurement and regression analysis. The conclusions are as follows:(1) Learners exhibit phased characteristics during web-based learning of entrepreneurial education, which are caused by escalation of the difficulty of learning tasks and are rooted in the amplified fluctuation of learners' cognition due to the changes of task difficulties.(2) The web-based learning process of entrepreneurial education is mediated by learning style. The learning style of abstract conceptualization has better performances than other factors in entrepreneurial education.(3) The web-based learning process of entrepreneurial education is also mediated...
