As a joint venture with Germany’s Volkswagen Group, FAW-VW is well known for a reputation of excellent product design, leading technology advantage, its automotive after sales spare parts supply system should also have the distinctive characteristics.After sales service supply chain in the cut-off (EOP-End of Produce) spare parts is the parts that stop to produce in the production line."Auto Warranty policy" introduced in2005, the State General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine requirements, that after sale service must meet the needs of the user10years service in the future, this study is to reduce the number of the EOP spare parts inventory throughout the supply chain environment, reducing the inventory costs and increasing the EOP spare parts supply rate and inventory turns.The different angles of the FAW-VW after sales spare parts supply system have four levels:the FAW-VW, spare parts suppliers, dealers, spare parts warehouses, Researching EOP spare parts supply chain management, full use of SAP information of the system recommendation, combining with the ABC classification and CVA classification, to deal with EOP spare parts suppliers a reasonable classification. Reference to domestic and foreign research results, trying to make an exploratory study of the EOP spare parts management can be self-regulating capacity in the theory field. A Comparative Study with foreign management models, pointing out that the FAW-VW after-sales service EOP management have the problems and their reasons, therefore, it’s a necessary to optimize EOP management models.Discussed five major factors of EOP management optimization methods, as well as implement the EOP supply chain enterprise incentive can promote after sales EOP spare parts management system, can make it more reasonable and smoothly.
