Senior managers in the enterprise as the important role of the decision-making andimplementation, reasonable pay system has become an important aspect of executiveincentive. With the competition heating up of the market economy, intense competition fortalent between enterprises of the astronomical salary "and other popular social event of theemergence of the study of executive compensation and corporate performance has attractedmore and more attention from scholars.In this paper, using descriptive statistics, correlation and regression analysis method tostudy the latest macro-control, under the conditions of market volatility, the correlationbetween executive pay and corporate performance of private listed companies. The studyfound that: private listed company executive compensation and corporate performance existsignificant positive correlation; larger the company, significantly greater; different way ofprivatization of private listed companies on the relationship between executive pay andcorporate performance there is no impact.The article is divided into five main sections:Part I: Introduction. The article analyzes the origin of the issue of executive pay, andcaused strong reaction in the community, the particularity of China’s private listed companiesin macroeconomic policy, management philosophy, management, and reveal the relationshipof executive pay and corporate performance of private listed companies the necessity of thestudy, come out of the significance of this study, elaborated the innovation of this study.Part II: review of the literature. Sort out the articles on the domestic and foreign scholarsin the study of the relationship between executive pay and corporate performance, analysisproduce different conclusions because, drawing on the research of scholars advantages, alsoelaborated on the research done so far on Private Listed Companies, for the post text writingforeshadowing.Part III: theoretical analysis. This article is to make clear that the definition of theconcept of private listed company in empirical research, to make a clear description of thevariables of the study private listed companies. Also on the basis of the various theories ofcorporate governance elaborated.Part IV: An Empirical Study.909qualified private data of listed companies in2011, thesample selection, descriptive statistics, correlation and regression analysis. Spass16.0, to conduct a comprehensive analysis of the data.Part V: Research conclusions and suggestions. In this paper, by analyzing the results ofthe relationship between private listed company executive compensation and corporateperformance, considering the private listed companies in which the market economyenvironment, the impact of macro-control policies and management systems, managementphilosophy, and many other influential factors, draw more targeted policy recommendations.
