Urban parks improve the quality of people’s life as an important recreational public green space. To a certain extent, they make forest and cities harmonious coexistence. Urban parks give a chance to people who can close to nature when they have the spare time, people don’t have to go far away, they can listen to the birds singing, smell of flowers, breath of fresh air, adjust the mood in the place nearby. Since we entered the new century,"human" rights and interests has been paid more and more attention, people’s all kinds of leisure and recreation experience presents diverse constantly. The idea of "people-oriented" was put forward, people’s all kinds of experience satisfaction should be paid more and more attention too. This research adopts the American customer satisfaction index (AC SI) theory and model, carries on the research and analysis on visitors recreation satisfaction combined with properties of city parks and tourist in Changsha urban parks. In this paper, the perception impact factor of visitors recreation satisfaction are divided into four parts:the accessibility, recreational attractions, recreational services, recreation efficacy. Positive effect as an outcome variables is added at the same time. Try to take the satisfaction as the starting point, based on the perception impact factor, the research brings the method of structural equation model (SEM) into building a model is composed of perception impact factor, visitors recreation satisfaction and positive effect, then there is an analysis of the relationship and influence between them.Visitors from seven representative urban park in Changsha were chosen for this research, the empirical research and data collection base on individual interview and questionnaire survey. Through statistical software SPSS20.0and AMOS20.0software, study test the reliability and validity of the empirical data, the structural equation model fitting, correction and analysis. Finally, the accessibility has three observable variables, recreational attractions and recreational services both have five observable variables, recreation efficacy has four observable variables, visitors recreation satisfaction and positive effect both have two observable variables.Get an analysis of the influence between the variables and the degree of influence through the structural equation model. There is a positive significant impact from recreational attractions to visitors recreation satisfaction(direct effects0.38, total effect0.49). natural landscape, human landscape and activities variety from observable variables play a significant role. There is a positive significant impact from the accessibility to visitors recreation satisfaction (direct effects0.39, total effect0.47).public transport from observable variables play a significant role. There is a positive significant impact from recreation efficacy to visitors recreation satisfaction (direct effects0.41, total effect0.41). recreation and entertainment, emotional adjustment, physical exercise from observable variables play a significant role. There is a positive significant impact from recreational services to visitors recreation satisfaction (direct effects0.30, total effect0.40). employee services, recreation facility from observable variables play a significant role. There is a positive significant impact from visitors recreation satisfaction to positive effect (direct effects0.43, total effect0.4).Finally, some advice were put forward in order to improving the recreation quality of urban park, such as strengthening recreation attract, improving the accessibility, strengthening the construction of the park’s facilities and service quality.
