On Founding Tongzhou Service Mall For College Students’Entrepreneurship&Employment

By means of research and analysis, the problems of college graduate employment will continue for a couple of years. It’s a big project to solve this problem and it needs the cooperation between colleges, students and their families, government, enterprise and public.Boasting90%of all the enterprises in China, the Medium-Small-and-Micro Enterprises (MSMEs) play a very important role for college student employment. However, they are suffering the pains of survival and development. Hard recruitment and high financing costs are usually seen in the MSMEs at home.The author will take overall consideration in one framework of the employment and entrepreneurship of the college-student group, the employment-and-entrepreneurship services provided by all types of enterprises, and the hard HR recruitment and maintenance of the SMSEs, and connect them with the E-commerce as well. Via Tongzhou Company, who has business relationship on information with colleges, the author created a new mode to solve those problems. That is, to create a Service Mall for College Students Entrepreneurship&Employment and supplied the relative resources and services to college students in the form of E-commerce.The author, proposed the idea to create the Service Mall for College Students Entrepreneurship&Employment, identified four main business of the mall, regulated the development route via Internet and mobile network, explored the feasibility of pocket campus business, and made the first step to carry out the E-commerce business.
