The Research On Internal Audit Informatization Construction Of Tianjin Dredging Company

With the rapid expansion of information technology and the increasing of internal level of information of enterprise, the internal audit is forced to use of advanced tools and methods of audit, in order to achieve standardization and information technology of internal audit, enhance the quality and efficiency of the audit and reduce audit risk. However, due to China’s internal audit of information technology also belongs to the period of exploring, there are many difficulties, such as the difficulty of information technology audit carried out by,the high demand for investment in high-quality and complex audit personnel requirements, being restricting the implementation of the Information Systems Audit and theoretical construct. Therefore, the information technology of internal audit has a very important practical significance for the development of future internal audit.The information technology development plan from2008to2012proposed by Audit Commission pointed out that, it is need to explore and improve the manners of audit in the information environment, and promote the construction of audit information. Meanwhile,to explore and innovative the audit approach of environment of information technology as the core, increase the construct of qualified personnel of audit to meet the need of information, and strive to improve efficiency and quality of audit,in order to provide IT support and security for the development of the audit profession. The internal audit of information technology is a new audit approach, it needs the support of information technology, and also the internal audit management, analysis and evaluation of internal audit according to the characteristics of information technology, so as to make the information of audit fully plays its role, improves management, increases work efficiency, and maximizes the value of the company.This paper analyzes the case of domestic and international internal audit and information technology development, on the basis of systems theory by many experts and scholars, it is considered the information theory, cybernetics, systems theory and related laws and regulations as the basic theory of the internal audit information, and describes the guiding significance and general use of them in the construction of corporate information audit.
