The Research Of The Rural Economy Green Accounting Based On The Sustainable Development Theory

With the continuous expansion of the scale of human social and economic activities of production,the rapid sociol-economic development of the environmental impact of global resources and hazards are more serious.Diffusion and resource constraint surgent situation of environmental pollution, prompting people to question the protection of resources and the environment is increasingly concerned about sustainable development has become a vibrant new area emerged in recent years.Gross Domestic Product(GDP)refers to all resident units within the scope of a country or region,the production of the final product in a given period and provide the sum of the value of labor.It is important to measure the current world standards if the country’s economic and social progress, and how to evaluate the extent of the state of sustainable development and sustainable development of an area, the green GDP has become a major evaluation of the rural economy of green accounting.At the present stage of our country in the national and provincial (municipal) two levels of green GDP accounting system, and the green GDP accounting for the rural economy has not been. In this paper, on the basis of SEEA accounting system, set up the green GDP accounting system. In this paper, taking Yueyang County as an example, to reflect the green accounting of economy in Yueyang County Yueyang County, through the green GDP calculation of2009-2013years, and with the traditional GDP accounting are studied, results showed that:the resources and environmental problems of rural economic development in Yueyang county is very serious, not realizing the sustainable development.How to assess the value of resources and the environment,is a major difficulty for resource environmental value accounting.Stage of the rural economy green accounting there are still many problems and difficulties, the paper at the end of the implementation of green accounting for rural economic development issues and put forward relevant proposals and measures,seek more fit for rural economic development,environmental protection and resource points.to promote sustainable development of rural economy.
