Study On Development Of Green Economy In State-Owned Forest Zone

As a new development mode, green economy in the forest zones has gained more attention in developed countries and regions and become cross-industry and cross-region economic trend with the deterioration of the global ecological environment and enhancement of awareness of green environment protection. This is the only way for human development and only choice of realizing whole, harmonized and sustainable development of ecology, environment, economy as well as society. As undeveloped resources-typed regions, developing green economy in the forest zones is the most effective and quickest path in order to make forest rest and recuperation, and allocate resources effectively and elements exert fully functions in the process of implementing economic change and strategy to high grades of industrial structure. Therefore, under the guidance of scientific development perspective, and based on sustainable development theory in the forest zones, ecological economics, environmental economics, resources economics, circular economics, the basic laws of natural resources and green economy in forest zones are revealed through the investigation on forest resources conditions, industry development status, and economy as well as societal development trend adopting the methods such as combination of quantitative and qualitative analysis, systematic and dynamic research, comprehensive comparison and analysis, typical investigation and example analysis.
