Current Development Of Venture Capital Funds In Jiangsu Province

This essay is based on the study of the development circumstance led by the riskinvestment in Jiangsu Province via utilizing the existing resource such as journal website,essays, books, and other reference related to domestic and foreign risk investment andleading fund. In addition, it refers to the data corresponding to the leading fund and has anunderstanding of the status of the development of the leading fund. Furthermore, itanalyses the cases of leading fund in Jiangsu Province and explores a mode which adaptsto the development of the leading fund in Jiangsu Province.The main work is completed and the results achieved are summarized as follows:firstly introduces the background risk investment and risk fund research guide, as well asventure capital and venture capital fund of funds literature review. Secondly, the riskcapital fund of funds collected on the relevant theoretical research. Then, the paper guideon the status of development of the domestic funds were analyzed, a brief history of thecountry in three stages to guide the development of the fund.
