Research On Regional Financial Ecosystem’s Operational Efficiency

Nearly30years,has experienced some globally significant financial crisis,theeconomic situation of many countries and regions affected by the financialcrisis.More and more government agencies began to attach importance to the financialsecurity and a lot of theoretical research.In today’s rapid economic development,wefocus on the efficient functioning of the financial system,but also make the financialsystem safe operation,efficiency and coordination in an important position,so that thedevelopment of the social economy to achieve a harmonious and efficientdegree.Therefore,in order to get reasonable allocation of financial resources to ensureefficient and coordinated operation of the financial ecosystem,prevent the recurrenceof financial crisis,to ensure the country’s economic system for a safer state,theefficiency of the financial ecosystem will have in-depth study a positive practicalsignificance and profound theoretical significance.Due to the financial health of the ecosystem provinces showed great differences,so this paper based on the efficiency of regional financial perspective on our financialecosystem for further study.According to the level of economic development of China’s provinces and autonomous regions,and to ensure the effective study of this article,in the selection of the financial efficiency of the ecosystem on the basis of an effectiveevaluation to build the corresponding evaluation index evaluation system;competitiveness of the country ’s main financial ecosystem and competitiveness of thefinancial ecological environment measure and ranking made more systematic,morecomprehensive,more accurately reflects the status quo of China’s financial operationof the ecosystem, and the use of super-efficiency DEA and Malmquist index modelfrom the static and dynamic aspects of the country31the efficiency of the financialecosystem provinces was calculated; financial eco-system efficiency measure basedon the results, combined with31provinces in2001and2012economic data, the useof random effects panel Tobit model to lead our financial ecosystem differences in the efficiency of various factors into an empirical analysis of the results showed that thelevel of economic development, the level of financial development,openness andother factors can effectively explain the efficiency of the financial ecosystemdiversity.
