With the continuous development of our economy, for the residents for financial wealth increased, retail financial services of commercial banks has been developing rapidly, continuously push forward the process of marketization of interest rates at any time, country, and outside the industry have been developing retail business, the development of retail financial business of commercial banks bring both opportunities and challenges. In this paper, Industrial Bank retail customer financial service system as the research object, through data analysis based on a large number of customer survey results, at the same time, by analyzing the developing process exists in current financing problem analysis, put forward a lot of the current retail financial business development bottlenecks encountered.From the existing product sales oriented development model for transformation to the customer service center, how to develop a number of professional talents for customer service, improve the asset allocation of customers, cultivate a group, in the high-end customers, the bank is facing important magic weapon during the transition period. This paper proposes to increase the customer life cycle theory based on existing customer classification to meet customer demand for the asset allocation, further subdivision of the customer, make great efforts to cultivate and attract professional talents, improve the industrial bank retail banking brand transformation suggestions to deal with the bank’s retail business.
