The Strategy Research Of Promoting Cross-border Settlement Of Kunshan Enterprise

With the development of economic in China, the improvement of global trade and the extent of international cooperation, RMB is getting many concerns from all related parties in world. Carrying out cross-border RMB investment and financing is a strategic need of improving the international status of RMB, a settlement to cooperate with the cross-border RMB trade. With the implementation of several kinds of cross-border RMB investment and financing modes, cross-border RMB investment and financing presents a phenomenon of scale enlargement,channel multiplication and ways of diversification.RMB cross-border settlement has great realistic significance for the regional economics development and Promotion between China and neighboring countries, to avoid foreign exchange risk and improve our trade terminer trading with other non-dollar countries,it can promote the steady growth of China. Meanwhile cross-border settlement of RMB marks the expansion of border trade from border trade to normal trade.This paper studied the main model of cross-border RMB arbitrage in Kunshan enterprise. It analyzed the import and export traders how to avoid exchange rate risk, how to reduce the cost of financing rates by the actual data of Kunshan experimental zone.; With specific case analysis test area in Kunshan how firms gained profits through RMB cross-border financing. It brought the good sides, on the other hand, some problems appeared. Finally, it provided the corresponding policy recommendations.
