So the construction of the finance support system on the emerging industries is very important and urgent.This paper mainly aim at developing a way for the finance support strategic emerging industries by research and analysis of the emerging industries feature and the mechanism and current situation of finance support. Firstly, the paper generalizes and analyses the main feature of the emerging industries and mechanism of the finance support strategy. The strategic emerging industry has the features of strategy, emerging, guiding, dynamics etc. The finance system should carry out the corresponding finance support based on the special feature of itself and discuss the suitable development model of our country, the’Market First, Government Second’ model. Secondly, the paper conclude our method from the related practice by research the experience of emerging industries from the developed countries like America, Japan and developing countries like India etc. Next, after analysis, the current situation of the policy finance and business finance support strategy, the paper carry out the deep analysis aimed at scientific bank operation model and exiting question.
