Research On The Financial Support Of Strategic Emerging Industries In Hubei Province

China attaches great importance to strategic emerging industries. The "13th Five-Year" plan shows that it will support the development of industries. And Hubei Province, as China's central province, also need to develop these to achieve industrial upgrading, which is a new opportunity for economic growth.The industry's rapid development need technological innovation, innovation requires financial support.So the problem of capital supply has become the primary task. Moreover, the development started late in china, SMEs need to improve itself. Because China's market economic system and supporting environment is not perfect, so the speed of development is slow. The problems are gradually exposed.This paper mainly studies the financial support of strategic emerging industries in Hubei province. The importance of capital supply and the characteristics during the life cycle are analyzed through the industry life cycle theory. And it objectively analysis their current situation through the output, R&D funds, patent and profitability, analysis showed Hubei has natural advantage of science and education level. But the supply of funds needs to keep up with the rapid development of strategic emerging industries for preventing enterprises from dying. On this basis, combined with international experience, we recommend to grasp the best opportunity to develop new industries by the government. We also offer some advice from securities and banking.
