Construction And Applied Research On Dynamic Capability Evaluation Index System Of Tourism Social Enterprise

Recently, social enterprise began to rise and flourish all over the world. Also inthe tourist industry, tourism social enterprises are gradually emerging and are solvingsocial problems in its unique innovative commercial model by creating both economicand social value. As the theoretical and practical issue that is rising in the latestdecades, research on dynamic capability not only has a positive influence onresponding to market changes, but also has a significant meaning to improveperformance for tourism social enterprise. How to deal with external changes and grabopportunities does matter its lifecycle and the improvement of competitiveness. Thus,it’s of theoretical and practical significance to research on construction of evaluationindex system for dynamic capability in tourism social enterprise.This paper built the index system of dynamic capability which could be used forevaluation based on the application of factor analysis and BP neural network in tourismsocial enterprises. Firstly, this paper introduced the theories of social welfare,endogenous externality, social capital and organizational change. Then the systematicreviews of social enterprise, the content and evaluation of dynamic capability werealso made. Secondly, by introducing the composition, importance and factorsinfluencing dynamic capability in tourism social enterprise, it explained the dynamicmechanism, learning mechanism and matching mechanism. Then this paper analyzedthe evolution of dynamic capability from three perspectives of depth, breadth andlifecycle. Thirdly, based on the theories and mechanisms above, we prelim inarilyconstructed the dynamic capability evaluation index system consisted of fourdimensions including environment perception, integration&coordination, learningand reconstruction&transformation referring specificity of tourism social enterpriseand scholars’ achievements. Then we make an index system optimization with theindex discrimination, the correlation analysis and other statistical analysis methods.Ultimately, we get a set of comprehensive evaluation index system. Finally, whileconducting the questionnaire survey with the evaluation index system constructed, wealso used factor analysis to concentrate the index system and BP neural network to doempirical research in tourism social enterprises randomly selected. According to theempirical results analyzing the dynamic capability of samples, we can draw aconclusion that the dynamic capability has to be improved. Through the application ofthe evaluation index system using BP neural network, the real condition of tourism social enterprise’s dynamic capability is better reflected and the rationality andscientificity are also verified.The results showed that the dynamic capability of tourism social enterprise isdifferent in aspects like environment perception and learning with that of traditionaltourism enterprise. Through the application of index system, we could draw aconclusion that the level of dynamic capability in tourism social enterprise differsbroadly and is urgently to be improved. The whole results enrich and expand the theoryand method of dynamic capability, and provide a valid reference for tourism socialenterprise to improve competence as well. Thus, this research is of great significanceboth theoretically and practically.
