With the development of economic,people pay attention to the technologicalinnovation activities of small and medium enterprises (hereafter SMEs)increasingly.However,because of limited resources and capacity,SMEs are facinghigher cost of innovation,uncertainty and risk than large enterprises,therefore,themajority enterprises can not rely on their own power to engage in research anddevelopment.Build enterprise networks and carry out joint innovation has become aninevtiable choice for SMEs.Although some SMEs have built their own innovationnetworks,insufficient understing of the dynamic of network capacity and unreasonablenetwork structure still cause SMEs can not access to resources from the network andhinder their innovation process.Therefore,the auther concluded previous research onnetwork capacity and propose network dynamic capabilities modle of SME in thispaper.Drawing upon the221Zhejiang province SMEs as the research object, usingSPSS and AMOS.We conducted relibility and validity analysis,confirmatory factoranalysis and structural equation modeling analysis to calculated data,empiricalanalysis SME network dynamic capability to innovation performance effect ispositive,and verify the regulatory role of the external network structure.The mainconclusions of the paper as follows:First: SME network dynamic capability is divided five dimensions, includingnetwork planning,knowledge of partner,relation skills,coordination arrangement andorganizational learning.Second: SME network dynamic capability to enterprise innovation performancehas a positive effect.Third: External network structure including the network intensity and networkposition.The study shows that both network intensity and network position play a partof the regulatory role between network dynamic capability of SMEs and networkstructure.Results of this study for chinese SMEs to built their own corporate,usenetworkresources and for joint innovation have some practical significance. |
