Guangdong provincial government at the end of May2008issued a "Decision onthe promotion of industrial transfer and the transfer of labor", the "double shift"strategy to promote industrial upgrading and establishing a modern industrial system,promoting coordinated regional development, building a harmonious societyaccelerate the pace of the province to achieve socialist modernization. UndertakeIndustrial Transfer Park as one point in Guangzhou (Zhanjiang) Industrial TransferPark in March2009was identified as Guangdong Province Industrial Transfer Park;since its inception in2009, Guangzhou (Zhanjiang) Industrial Transfer Park madea lot of gratifying achievements, but also formed a certain scale. High valuesof economic growth and tax collection can not be fully representative of the highquality, local tax collection in practice, many problems exposed suited to the newsituation and new changes.This paper first describes the development situation of Guangzhou (Zhanjiang)Industrial Transfer Park and the opportunities and challenges; followed by manyinterviews related to the consolidated pre-industrial transfer park staff and the taxauthorities recovered17industrial transfer park typical enterprise survey on the basisof questionnaires, analyzed the Guangzhou (Zhanjiang) industrial Transfer Park in taxcollection and the existing problems and their causes, tax services and other aspects ofthe existence of deficiencies and bottlenecks; Finally, some good industrial transferparks targeted tax collection work suggested that the ultimate goal industrial TransferPark is good business tax services, to solve the industrial Transfer Park constructiontax problems, to achieve coordinated regional economic development, promote theimplementation of the province "double shift" strategy, the province and the countryto promote the transformation and upgrading of industrial structure.
