The Study Of The Impact Of Logistics Park Construction To Urban Industrial Agglomeration

Logistics park as an important node in the modern logistics system and logistics industry,has been regarded as new potential to promote the development of urban and regional economic growth,its investment after the construction and operation have important influence on the regional economic,has obvious economic and social benefits.In this paper,according to the construction of logistics park of urban industrial agglomeration effect research as a starting point for correlation analysis,first of all,the logistics park infrastructure and geographical condition is superior,usually will attract more logistics enterprises gathered,promoting economic growth,form the logistics industry.The construction of logistics park,can adjust the effective organization of logistics enterprises,adjust the spatial distribution of the logistics function,improve the spatial organization,regulating the traffic of the city,because its development superiority,the agglomeration economic benefits at the same time,also can bring flow,information flow,technology flow of agglomeration,and related manufacturing and service industries agglomeration.On transaction cost in the logistics industry agglomeration,have significant influence on the product cost,labor productivity,etc.Logistics park construction is conducive to undertake industrial transfer,therefore,to speed up the industrial upgrading,promote the reasonable city industry agglomeration.Based on breakpoint model and voronoi diagram,the spatial attracting scope partitioning problem of the logistics nodes is studied in this paper.According to the characteristics of the logistics node,the locational conditions and scale conditions are considered,scatter degree method is used to rebuild the "location quality" and "scale quality" in the breakpoint model,and the subjective constraints are added.Then the partition order of nodes' attracting scope and the location of breaking point are studied according to the logistics nodes' comprehensive quality,and the nodes spatial attracting scope can be determined based on the breakpoint model and voronoi region partition method.Finally on the basis of the statistical data of around 11 counties of Chongqing urban area and the actual data of the main 5 cold-chain logistics nodes,the spatial attracting scope of cold chain logistics nodes is further studied.The results of an experimental study show that the partition scope of nodes is reasonable based on the proposed method,and the service scope from the proposed method matches the actual service area well.It makes a good example for constructing regional logistics network and promoting the regional logistics industry development.In view of the logistics park's influence on the industrial agglomeration,this paper on the basis of logistics park space research,build the labor transfer and industrial agglomeration model analysis.First of all,according to logistics park space to attract the gravity of the study,has been clear about the logistics park space appeal and labor transfer rate,the relationship between labor transfer rate on the basis of the quality of logistics park obtained;Second,using a general equilibrium model combined with labor transfer rate,build the labor transfer and industrial cluster model;Finally,an example analysis to get labor transfer the result of the effect of industrial agglomeration.Based on the division of logistics park spatial attracting scope of research,and the effect of industrial agglomeration between logistics park research,suggests that the effects of logistics park construction of industrial concentration.Logistics park space the greater the attraction of agglomeration effect,the greater the strengthening the construction of logistics park,promote the labor force to transfer in industry cluster can effectively enhance the effect of logistics park.
