Forest resources are the main terrestrial ecosystems and a necessary condition ofhuman existence. Since the founding of New China, our government has carried out atotal of seven national forest inventory and open up the market mechanism intoforestry when china’s reform and opening-up policies were launched. It’s important tocarry out assessments of forest resource assets business, and so of to improve forestresources asset valuation standards. This case combines the Planning Institute ofCertified Public Valuer and forestry experts’ expertise, cross-fusions the two areas,lays the foundation for our rating agencies strictly by the book, makes the rule andration for the forest asset to follow, so that the forest resource assets information usersreceive a comprehensive, detailed and reliable assessment information.Assessment of forest resource assets mainly refers t o forest assets, assetassessment woodland and forest landscape assets. The main structure of forestresources asset values are silvicultural produ ction costs, time value of money, profit,taxes, loss of forest production, rent, regional spread and spread like species. T hisassessment assesses the four forests’ market value of Gaoben,Mixi,Fengzhou andLongfeng’s4592.3hectares of forest assets, in order to provide a reference for ChongYi Forestry Investment Corporation to set up a limited liability company. In thisevaluation, the immature forest and plantation forest assets in young wood forest assetvaluation assessment using the replacement cost method, close, mature forest trees inasset valuation using the market value method to assess the market price downalgorithm, the age of the tree is adopted harvesting present value method forevaluation. However, in this case, the appraisers hadn’t considered the land rent intothe replacement cost method. Also, the rate of material is not reasonable, thebamboo’s evaluation method is not rigorous, and so on. At the same time, this casealso exposed a series of problems, such a s evaluation standard need to be perfect,technology are flawed and the shortage of institutions and personnel is a problem.So, on the basis of a large number of literature and the relevant research ofscholars at home and abroad, the write takes the rent into this case, then recalculates it,and divides the material yield into several levels to improve the evaluation method.For the problem of forest resource assets appraisal in our country, this article suggests:Firstly, revise evaluation specification as soon as possible. Secondly, improve the regional evaluation parameter database. And train more appraisal institutions andpersonnel at last.
