Production volume have both more than20million cars in2013, our country, to become the world’s record of national production and sales. With the increase of income, personal consumption idea transformation, the car more and more into the ordinary family, become a kind of tool of People’s Daily life, work is necessary. With the development of the auto service industry and residents and the requirements of the service function of the automobile consumption is increasing day by day, how to improve the competitiveness of the automobile consumption service to attract consumers become the key to the development of enterprises. Prepaid card is widely used in the field of consumer services, but in the field of auto service application is still in its infancy.The following are stated from the auto service enterprises, enterprises are faced with the problem, and points out that the prepaid card is one of the ways to solve the problem. In this paper, we study the purpose is to auto service enterprises competitiveness ascension to solve is how to use issued prepaid CARDS.Under this background, this paper introduces the RH group in shandong province took the lead in auto service industry, the development strategy of launching prepaid card payment further, with RH group as an example, analyzed the purpose of the business card to the situation of competition is becoming increasingly severe auto service industry, based on the characteristics of customer demand, to strengthen with the customer in the field of auto service contact for a long time, so as to realize the value chain value and innovation. This part of the main idea is to first of all services of the automobile consumption in the profits of the whole automobile industry chain is analyzed, and then using porter’s "five" model analysis of RH group of industry competition environment, the competitive environment mainly from the existing auto dealers, suppliers, customers, entrants and replacement are analyzed. Card application practice mainly from two aspects of enterprise issued tong card with characteristic respectively, two kinds of card issuance is characteristic of automobile consumption credit card service areas, also is able to issue the foundation of success.
