International and regional economic cooperation has become one of the trends in today’s world economy. In the process of regional economic cooperation in East Asia, ASEAN has been in the leader’s position. Currently, the US-led TPP is having a great impact on ASEAN’s leading role in East Asia. In2012, ASEAN proposed to set up "Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership"(RCEP), which joins in East Asia and Oceania, and it aims to create a more liberal investment environment, to eliminate the trade barriers between the regional economies, and to expand trade among many fields. It is wanted to be a critical and high-level free trade zone that will promote the East Asia economic development, and then defend the ASEAN dominance in East Asia. Meanwhile, China is an important Economy in East Asian region or even in the world, and she has the basic state policy of opening to the outside world. China actively participates in RCEP and promotes its development, not only to contend with the impact of TPP, and will expand our opportunities to influence in East Asia and around the world.From the perspective of the trade relations among the member countries in regional economic cooperation, the paper analyzes the impact of forming RCEP which was brought to trade development between China and other member countries. First chapter describes the background, theoretical and practical significance for organizing the RCEP, and combed related research at home and abroad. The second chapter is a summary of theoretical, starting from the concept of regional economic integration, this article sorts out the basis of theories which were related to research. Chapters III and IV are the focus of this article. The third chapter describes the RCEP’s negotiation process, and the FTAs’process between China and the Member States, and then analyzes the development situation of trade under these FTAs. The fourth chapter, using a large number of trade data and trade foundation index to analyze the trade relations between China and the RCEP member states, and then determine the trade competition and trade complementary relationship between China and the Member States. The fifth chapter analyzes the political, economic constraints in establishing RCEP and proposed to recommendations from ASEAN and our two levels which will promote the RCEP’s negotiation process.
