Improvements of living standards, more people have energy to achieve materialand spiritual fulfillment through travelling. Accommodation as a major tourism factorhas become more and hotter for hotel manager to compete for the market. With thewidespread use of the Internet and the growing number of Internet users, the onlinetravel industry came into being. Online travel and tourism operators need resourcesand tourism product suppliers cooperate in order to achieve a complete online travelindustry chain. The economy hotel operators in terms of how to choose the right hotelonline tour operators to help achieve network marketing has faced with the key issue,so the significance of this study is to provide a suitable selection model of third-partyonline travel booking service for the economy hotel operators, so that can be used as abasis for the evaluation of future partners. At the same time,It also provides themetrics and tools for selecting online travel booking agent.This paper first describes the domestic online travel and related research foronline travel booking, including online travel concept, characteristics and status ofdevelopment of online travel companies and the problems exists on the process ofcooperation. Finally, it is clear that what the goal of this research paper is.Economic hotels as the online travel booking service resource providers and there is arelationship between the commission and the agent, thus establishing evaluation of therelevant factors in the principal-agent theory by analyzing factors. Based on the angleof economy hotel, choosing online travel booking as a marketing channel, the hotelsneed evaluate the online travel booking service providers,all ability, combined withthe core competence theory to extract the influencing factors on its evaluation. Onlinetravel booking service providers as a special network of agents, their evaluation alsoneed to refer to the evaluation criteria of Internet companies, culminating in the fullevaluation. Through the Delphi method, and ultimately determine the index systembased on the perspective of the economy hotel online travel booking service evaluation. Including enterprise strength, value, quality, and collaboration sites cost atotal of four enterprise-level indicators and fourteen secondary indicators; then usinga combination of the principles of AHP Delphi method establishes the right weight ofeach index; And then combined with fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method can beapplied to construct evaluation model of practice, and finally the evaluation model isapplied to empirical research and empirical analysis of results. The last part of thearticle gives suggestions on the use of evaluation model booking service providerswhen a candidate is selected.
