A Research On Application Of A Labor Dispatching Company’s Differentiation Strategy

It’s very important to conduct the application research of differentiation strategy by taking a labor dispatch company for example. This research can benefit for the aspects of practice and theory. And it’s good to improve the service quality integral level of labor dispatch industry, while companies take differentiation strategy as their strategy under the situation of homogenization service products flooding. Meanwhile, it can provide a case study for coming research by taking A company as an example.By using SWOT analysis method, taking A company for example, reviewing relevant literature, and summarizing the developing status of labor dispatch industry, this paper has found the following several conclusions.Firstly, it indicates that the current domestic and international strategic management research has developed from a static analysis to the dynamic analysis phase, and the concept of strategic management has developed from the initial zero-sum games to win-win stage, through reviewing of labor dispatch and the strategic management literature. At the same time, the legislation and regulations are not perfect in China, and labor dispatch companies (organizations) are in an unstandardized but developing fast period. It also need cope with some legislation venture as well as financial risk. Moreover, it also finds that the companies’(organizations’) operating modes are lack.Secondly, by combining prior study results, this paper has found that labor dispatch company conduct work of recruiting laborers, while it was entrusted by certain employers, and then it signs labor contract with laborers, after that, those laborers will be send to the certain employers to work, and the laborers’salary, welfare, social insurance etc. are paid by labor dispatch company, meanwhile, those laborers are managed by employer company. Its feature lies in the "employment" and "use" relationship separation, short-term, significant liquidity and so on. It experienced three stages of development, and now it is in a period of rapid development and adjustment. At the present, the operation modes of labor dispatch are agency operation and lump work.Third, with the case study for A company, it can achieve its differentiation competitive strategy, through using those methods of the choice from the differentiation of service trade, the pursuit of service quality of the difference, the difference of the management system and so on. Specifically, it is through the quality of products, employees, service differentiation, in order to form its own differential competitive strategy.
